Patrick “Pat” Audette – Director of Operations                                                                 

Pat brings a strong back ground in golf club operations, along with extensive experience in golf tourism, teaching and coaching, and restaurant management. Over his career, he has held positions at Kanawaki Golf Club, Pinegrove Country Club, The Country Club of Montreal, and most recently served as Director of Operations at Mont Orford Golf Club. In addition to his operational experience, Pat was recognized as one of the top teachers at Golf Town for eight years, showcasing his expertise in player development and coaching. A Class A member of the PGA of Canada since 1992, Pat’s professional golf credentials, combined with his culinary and restaurant management expertise, provide added value to members and enhance Abercrombie’s programming and overall guest experience. His broad expertise strengthens all areas of club operations and supports the continued enhancement of the member experience.

Erik MacPherson – Golf Course Superintendent                                                                                                                                                                                     

Erik has been a dedicated member of the Abercrombie Country Club team for 18 years, serving the past 10 years in his current role as Superintendent. The 2026 season marks his 28th year in the turfgrass industry, with the majority of his career proudly spent at Abercrombie. Erik is a graduate of the Bachelor of Technology program at Dalhousie Agricultural College (2001) and the Golf Course Turfgrass Management program at The Pennsylvania State University (2003). His professional experience includes positions at two highly regarded facilities in Massachusetts: The Country Club in Brookline and Old Sandwich Golf Club. He returned home to Abercrombie in the spring of 2007, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence. In 2024, Erik was honored with the Atlantic Golf Superintendents Association Superintendent of the Year Award, a recognition that reflects both his leadership and the continuous improvements being made at Abercrombie Country Club.
