Member Tee Time Reservation Reminders

Abercrombie is now at it's busiest time of the season, it is important that we maximize the opportunities for members & guests to play our course. 

• Please cancel your tee time or individual players immediatly upon knowing.  This allows other players to find a game.

• To ensure an accurate starting time, arrive to the course at least 10 minutes prior to your tee time.

• Member Guest names must be submitted at the time of booking. 

• For the remainder of 2010, members and guests will recieve a courtesy phone call, if they do not show for their tee time.

• No-Shows are recorded in our database and multiple offenders can lose booking privileges for up to 30 days. 

• Member Guest No-Shows are recorded against the member who booked the tee time.

It is imperative that we follow these simple guidelines to keep Abercrombie running as efficient as possible.  It is your duty as members to be responsible for your tee time whether you or someone else has booked the time.
